West Brom confirm Starting XI against Blackpool
West Brom have confirmed their starting XI against Blackpool tonight in the Championship.
Valerien Ismael has made two changes from the side that lost 1-0 to Huddersfield Town as they look to end their awful away run.
Sam Johnstone starts in goal.
The back three in front of him consists of Cedric Kipre, Kyle Bartley, and Matt Clarke.
Darnell Furlong takes his place at right-wing-back with Conor Townsend at left-wing-back.
Jake Livermore’s suspension hands Jayson Molumby an opportunity alongside Alex Mowatt, with that partnership one that fans have been calling for, for quite some time.
Meanwhile, the front three includes Matt Phillips, Karlan Grant, and Grady Diangana with Callum Robinson left on the bench yet again.
A strong side.
This is a strong team, and hopefully, they have enough about them to end this dreadful away run.
The Baggies need three points tonight, and you would hope that this side will be strong enough to get that win.
On the bench, they have the likes of Callum Robinson, Jordan Hugill, and Taylor Gardner-Hickman.
So, there are players there that can change the flow of the match if things go wrong.
However, hopefully, that won’t be the case, and this side will get the goals that the Baggies so desperately need.
Things are starting to go wrong at the moment, but we believe they will stop the rot with an important result tonight and catch up ground on both Fulham and Bournemouth.
In other West Brom news, Kevin Phillips has had his say on potential new contract talks for Taylor Gardner-Hickman.
