West Brom striker Daryl Dike is looking at a December return date to first-team football post his Achilles injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

Dike has been missing in action since April 2023 and is soon expected to be back in contention for the first team.

Speaking exclusively with West Brom News about Dike’s injury, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said:

“If he’s returned to full team training, my guess would be around two weeks in full team training without any adverse effects.

He does look sharp in the training videos and he could very well be back in early December for West Brom.

Dike has shown signs of promise at the Hawthorns but his injury woes have curtailed him from proving a point on a regular basis.

Last season, he played 23 league games and bagged seven goals for the Baggies, with his campaign ending early because of an injury.

It’s expected that once he’s fully back up to speed, he will be starting games week in and week out for Carlos Corberan’s side
