Brighton star Adam Webster sends three-word message to West Brom ace Andi Weimann after career milestone
Brighton defender Adam Webster has sent a three-word social media message to new West Brom attacker Andi Weimann.
The message comes after the Baggies forward made the 500th appearance of his career across club and international level.
The Austrian joined the Albion on loan from Championship rivals Bristol City for the remainder of the season earlier this month.
Taking to social media to celebrate the achievement, Weimann posted on Instagram: “500 games for club and country.”
Several players sent messages of congratulations, including Brighton defender Webster, who wrote: “Very good Andreas.”
Superb
Weimann has enjoyed a great career, with West Brom undoubtedly bringing the forward to The Hawthorns largely due to his experience.
The attacker has over 100 Premier League appearances to his name, having represented the Austria national team on 21 occasions.
Baggies manager Carlos Corberan clearly felt his attack needed strengthening as the club head into a key period of the season in their search for promotion to the Premier League.
And West Brom fans will be keen for Weimann to play a crucial role in the side going forward, which will undoubtedly be the case given his experience and indeed the injuries that have affected the Baggies in the final third in recent times.

The 32-year-old was handed 45 minutes in the recent clash against Norwich City, but he failed to have a real impact going forward as the club lost 2-0.
The goals should, however, arrive sooner rather than later as the forward gets to grips with his new surroundings at The Hawthorns.
In other West Brom news, Brandon Thomas-Asante has gushed over one exit-linked Albion teammate amid January transfer window speculation.
