Aston Villa ace has two-word reaction after what West Brom loanee Reyes Cleary did v Birmingham
Aston Villa winger Rico Richards has hailed West Brom loanee Reyes Cleary after Walsall’s win over Birmingham City on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old made his debut for the Saddlers in their Bristol Street Motors Trophy penalties win over Blues on 3 September.
Cleary caught the eye of West Brom fans on social media after the game for doing the ‘boing boing’ in front of Blues fans at St Andrew’s.
The forward, who’s on loan at the Bescot from Albion, took to Instagram on Wednesday (4 September) to say: “Delighted to make my debut for this great club and score for the club! I put my heart in this! See you Saturday, Saddlers!”
Former Baggies teammate Richards responded by saying: “Nice You”.

The Walsall loanee made his debut at St Andrew’s against their Midlands rivals and was able to secure a draw against the League One side.
Mat Sadler’s side were also able to secure an extra point after winning the penalty shootout on the night.
Cleary came on for his debut with just over 20 minutes to go and despite not getting on the scoresheet, he was able to convert his spot kick when it mattered.
It was great to see for West Brom fans, so early into his career with the League Two outfit, for Cleary to be involved in a cup upset.

To see Richards wishing the winger well on social media will also give supporters flashbacks to when the 20-year-old departed the Hawthorns to join Villa.
The Albion youngster will be hopeful to keep the good times rolling on his temporary spell at the Banks’s ahead of a return to the Black Country at the end of the season.
