Uros Racic sends message to West Brom star after what he did v Watford
Uros Racic remains in touch with some West Brom players despite cutting short his stay at The Hawthorns in January.
West Brom signed Racic on a season-long loan from Sassuolo last summer, but let him end his stay in the West Midlands prematurely in the winter transfer window.
Therefore, the midfielder, who made 22 appearances across all competitions for Albion before departing, joined SC Braga on loan until the end of the season, towards the end of the window.
However, it is evident that Racic remains a well-wisher for West Brom, as he expressed his desire to see the Baggies earn promotion to the Premier League when he left.

Racic reacts to what Karlan Grant did v Watford
Racic has made his admiration for West Brom clear once again, tipping his hat to Karlan Grant after his goalscoring performance against Watford at the weekend.
Grant opened the scoring for Tony Mowbray’s side in their 2-1 victory over the Hornets at The Hawthorns in the Championship on Saturday, 12 April.
The centre-forward later took to social media to express his delight at getting his name back on the scoresheet, with the likes of Ezri Konsa and Matheus Pereira reacting to it.
Minutes | Accurate Passes | Shot Accuracy | Big Chances Missed | Touches | Successful Dribbles | Accurate Long Balls | Tackles Won | Ground Duels Won |
90 | 20/26 (77%) | 2/2 (100%) | 1 | 47 | 3/3 (100%) | 3/5 (60%) | 1/1 | 5/6 (83%) |
Racic is also among those who expressed their delight for Grant after he found the back of the net for West Brom in the Championship for the first time since December.
“Good job brate”, Racic wrote (13 April) along with thumbs-up, kissing and hugging emojis.

West Brom back in playoff race
With that result, West Brom put an end to their five-game winless run in the Championship and reduced the gap with sixth-placed Coventry to two points, although Frank Lampard’s side still have a game in hand.
Tony Mowbray and Co. are, therefore, back in the playoff race, although there are only six matches left to play and they are running out of time.
Having gotten his name on the scoresheet once again, Grant will be hopeful of adding more to his tally between now and the end of the season and potentially help Albion earn promotion.
