Coventry told to announce major punishment after incident vs West Brom draws police attention
West Brom were beaten 3-2 by Coventry last month but attention has now turned away from the result and to an incident that happened during the game.
Ryan Mason’s side went 2-0 up away at the league leaders, with an Aune Heggebo double seemingly putting the visitors in control.
However, Coventry came roaring back to overturn the deficit, with West Brom midfielder Jason Molumby being sent off after picking up two yellow cards.
Molumby made amends for his red card last Saturday though, scoring the winner as the Baggies were on the right end of a 3-2 scoreline this time, beating Swansea at the Hawthorns.

Coventry told to impose lifetime bans
Coventry against West Brom could have been postponed due to fog, but the match went ahead as planned at the CBS Arena last month.
Over a week on from the encounter, it has been revealed that two Coventry fans were arrested for throwing missiles onto the pitch during the game against the Baggies.
The club have said that they are taking the situation extremely seriously, and Keith Hackett has urged them to issue lifetime bans, if they are found guilty.
Speaking exclusively to West Brom News, the former PGMOL chief said: The club will have to invest more money in increasing the number of Stewards and Police in attendance.
“It must also increase with the cooperation of the police the number of surveillance cameras trained onto the spectator areas that are causing the issues.
“The club should announce that they will impose life time bans on those people who have been found guilty in a court of law.
“I suggest that the club must also be aware of the areas of concern inside the stadium and should consider if it is practical to close that part of the stadium where problems are centred.”

West Brom prepare for QPR clash
Following the defeat to Coventry, West Brom have picked up four points in their last two games, drawing 1-1 with Birmingham before beating Swansea.
Next up in the Championship, the Baggies travel to Loftus Road to face QPR, with both teams currently sitting four points off the play offs.
Mason remains under pressure at West Brom, but a win over Marti Cifuentes’ side would give the former Tottenham midfielder a bit of breathing space.
