View: 25-year-old to return in one change – West Brom predicted XI v Hull
Slaven Bilic is predicted to make one change to the West Brom starting line-up ahead of their clash against Hull City at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday.
Albion returned to the top of the Championship table on Monday night with a 2-0 win away at Stoke but there were concerns about the performance of Charlie Austin in that match.
The ex-Southampton striker failed to muster a single shot on target and only managed 18 touches of the ball before he was taken off in the 63rd minute [WhoScored].
Hal Robson-Kanu replaced Austin and had a superb impact as he scored from the penalty spot before hitting the woodwork with a header.
However Robson-Kanu’s impact off the bench has been a lot better than his impact when he starts matches so Bilic could opt to hand Kenneth Zohore a start now that the Dane is back to full fitness.
Sam Johnstone is expected to start in goals behind an unchanged back-four of Darnell Furlong, Semi Ajayi, Kyle Bartey and Conor Townsend after they kept a clean sheet at Stoke on Monday.
Jake Livermore and Romaine Sawyers are highly likely to keep their spots in the central midfield roles.
Matt Phillips could start on the right-wing with Grady Diangana on the left and Matheus Pereira in the central attacking midfield position.
Zohore, 25, has not started a Championship game for the Baggies since scoring in the 1-1 draw against Derby in August but could be handed a chance to impress on Humberside against Hull.
In other West Brom news, talkSPORT host Adrian Durham was blown away by this Albion player on Monday night.
