Report: West Brom star desperate to remain at Hawthorns amid January exit fears

West Brom winger Grady Diangana is desperate to remain at the Hawthorns this season, according to the Daily Mail.

It is suggested that the England youth international is fearful of being recalled by his parent club West Ham during the January window.

According to the report, Diangana wants to stay in the Midlands for the rest of the season and help the Baggies earn promotion at the end of the campaign.

The 21-year-old has excelled under Slaven Bilic this season. He has scored five and assisted the same amount of goals in his 16 starts for the club.

It was that form that started fears that the Hammers may want to bring Diangana back to the London Stadium, with the appointment of David Moyes adding fuel to the fire.

The players view could play a big role in what West Ham do next, as they surely wouldn’t want an attacker at the club who wants to be elsewhere this season.

That will be music to the ears of Bilic and all West Brom fans up and down the country. If Diangana wants to remain at the club to earn promotion, there could even be a possibility of him staying at the club past this season.
