‘Arguably his best game for us’ – West Brom Super Fans name Saint and Sinners after Millwall win

This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Brom Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around The Hawthorns.

West Brom continued to prove that they have left their bad spell behind them as they strung together a second win in a row on Sunday against Millwall at The Den.

Filip Krovinovic and Dara O’Shea, who scored his first senior goal, were both on the scoresheet for Albion as they ran out 2-0 winners in tough conditions in London.

It was arguably one of the most impressive performances by Slaven Bilic’s men and the victory meant that the Baggies moved four points clear of second-placed Leeds United after they lost to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Our panel of Super Fans were asked after the match who their Saints and Sinners were for the win at Millwall and the general consensus is that no one deserved to be named as a Sinner after such a well-rounded display at The Den.

Here is what they had to say:

Jon W (@JonW1995)

Jamie Rossiter (@Jay89R)

Connor Moore (@Connormoore_wba)

Luke Pollard (@LukeyP_wba)

Ben Simmonds (@Bensim08)

Krovinovic is no doubt the stand-out player among our panel but other players such as Matheus Pereira, Jake Livermore, Callum Robinson, O’Shea and Kyle Bartley have also impressed the fans.

One claimed that playmaker Krovinovic had arguably his best game for the Baggies in the win over Millwall and it would be hard to disagree with that.

Not only did he score his second goal for the Black Country club, but the on-loan Benfica midfielder also controlled the game, supplied chances for the attackers and shown a massive improvement on his performances for Albion earlier this season.

As for the Sinners, it is no surprise that no one would really criticise the players. No one had a bad game.

In other West Brom news, Gary Rowett was raving about these three Albion players after his Millwall side were defeated.
