‘Metronome’ – West Brom Super Fans thrilled with ‘real talent’ v Swansea
This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Brom Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around The Hawthorns.

Romaine Sawyers returned to the West Brom starting line-up on Saturday after serving the three-match ban he picked up in the win at Bristol City last month.
The 28-year-old completed 90 minutes in the heart of Slaven Bilic’s midfield but unfortunately wasn’t able to help the Baggies get back to winning ways in the 0-0 draw away at Swansea.
However it was a pleasing display by Sawyers and our panel of West Brom Super Fans have been raving about the midfielder’s shift at the Liberty Stadium.
According to WhoScored, Sawyers completed 89 per cent of his passes, which was the second-best out of all the players who started on both sides behind Hal Robson-Kanu, who completed 92 per cent although he attempted fewer passes.
Sawyers has always ran away with the pass percentage statistics this season but has often been criticised for his passes being too safe and with a lot of them going backwards.
However there wasn’t any criticism for the ex-Walsall and Brentford playmaker this week from our panel of dedicated supporters:

It seems unanimously agreed that Sawyers’ three-match ban might have been a blessing in disguise as his form before the Bristol City game really wasn’t that amazing.
However he stepped it up a notch at Swansea and put in a shift similar to what he was doing earlier in the campaign.
Sawyers definitely makes West Brom tick and it says a lot that they lost two of the three games without him, while the other game – a 2-0 win over Preston – wasn’t the most convincing of performances.
Albion definitely need Sawyers in their side, mainly because there’s no other player like him at the club.
In other West Brom news, Darren Fletcher has criticised the Baggies support on Tuesday night.
