‘100% sign him’ – Many West Brom fans wowed by Krovinovic transfer report

West Brom fans have been raving about a report from Portugal which says that Filip Krovinovic is available for around £9million this summer.

Krovinovic, 24, has started to become a key player for West Brom in the last couple of months but his loan spell at The Hawthorns is due to expire at the end of the season and there is no option for the Baggies to make that deal permanent.

However A Bola has reported that Albion intend to sign the Croatian playmaker from Benfica, with the Lisbon giants prepared to cash in.

It is understood they want around £9million for the former NK Zagreb midfielder – which a lot of West Brom fans on Twitter believe is an absolute bargain.

Krovinovic’s influence has grown and grown since Slaven Bilic ditched his regular 4-2-3-1 formation in favour of a 4-3-3 which helped get the Baggies’ form back on track.

Krovinovic has regularly occupied the left-hand side of the central trio of midfielders, operating in an advanced role that sees him support Callum Robinson on the left-wing, Matheus Pereira in a free role and deep-lying striker Hal Robson-Kanu.

It’s worked more than effectively with West Brom winning all but two of their seven matches in February, landing Bilic with the manager of the month award.

Krovinovic is gradually becoming a fan favourite at The Hawthorns and these supporters are thrilled to see that report by A Bola this weekend.
