‘It would take our entire budget’ – West Brom Super Fans want Albion to seal ‘fantastic signing’
This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Brom Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around The Hawthorns.

Former West Brom striker Kevin Phillips has suggested that Callum Wilson would be a good signing for the Baggies if they win promotion this season.
In an exclusive interview with West Brom News last week, Phillips claimed that if Bournemouth suffer relegation from the Premier League and are replaced by the Baggies, then Wilson, 28, could be someone who Albion are willing to pay “big money” for.
Wilson is a proven goalscorer in the top-flight and even though the 18th-placed Cherries have struggled this season, the ex-Coventry striker has still scored nine goals in 32 appearances across all competitions this term.
Wilson is also an England international who will be gunning for a spot in Gareth Southgate’s squad. But his chances of being successful in that pursuit are bound to be hurt if he stays at Bournemouth if they get relegated.
Phillips is clearly a fan of Wilson and now, we have asked our panel of West Brom Super Fans to share what they think about the 28-year-old and whether he’d be good a fit at The Hawthorns.
Here is what they had to say:

It is clear that the Super Fans believe that Wilson would be a brilliant addition to the West Brom squad with his goalscoring record in the Premier League speaking for himself.
However some fans are a bit concerned about how much Bournemouth would want for the England international, with a couple saying that he could be worth as high as £40million.
It is bound to depend on whether the Cherries are relegated and how their finances look after the coronavirus-enforced suspension of football is lifted.
We will have to wait and see but there are bound to be clubs queueing up to sign him in the summer and Albion should be one of them.
In other West Brom news, Albion are eyeing up a move to sign this Serie A midfielder.
