‘Very exciting’, ‘Do not envy Slav’ – West Brom Super Fans react as player shines in 2-2 v Villa
This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Brom Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around The Hawthorns.

Kamil Grosicki scored his first West Brom goal at the weekend when he netted in the 2-2 draw against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
The relegation-threatened Premier League club hosted a warm-up match against the Baggies, who went ahead twice thanks to goals by Filip Krovinovic and Grosicki but were pegged back each time with Keinan Davis and Jack Grealish scoring for Villa.
Grosicki’s goal was no doubt an important one for him as since his arrival from Hull in January, the 32-year-old has failed to earn a start in Slaven Bilic’s side.
He’s made seven appearances for the Baggies but they have all been as a substitute where he’s ended up playing on the left-wing.
Grosicki’s run as playing as a sub came when Grady Diangana was injured but with the West Ham loanee fit to play again once the season resumes on June 20, it leaves question marks surrounding Grosicki’s situation.
We asked our panel of West Brom Super Fans for their thoughts on the role Grosicki will play now that he’s scored against Villa.
Here is what they had to say:

Grosicki was already being used as an impact sub before lockdown began and now that Bilic has a full complement of attacking options to choose from, it is hard to see him playing as consistently off the bench as he was.
The Polish winger is clearly rated by our Super Fans but it remains to be seen what Bilic does with him over the coming weeks once the Championship season is back underway.
