’10-hour slog’ – Robson-Kanu details how some West Brom players have got through lockdown

West Brom forward Hal-Robson Kanu has detailed how he has spent his time during the lockdown as he prepares for the Championship restart.

The Welsh international famously runs his own business selling Turmeric products which help with health boosts that he claims saved his career.

Robson-Kanu seemed to throw some of his teammates under the bus though, revealing that they spend up to 10-hours-a-day on video games.

The Baggies forward shared his routines compared to his teammates and there is certainly a big difference.

“The business has been a mental stimulation for me,” he told the Daily Mail.

“A lot of my team-mates will play on the PlayStation until two in the morning, a 10-hour slog playing games. But I just prefer to work on what we are doing, which can contribute to other people’s lives.”

Robson-Kanu was quick to make it clear that he prefers to stick to his business rather than getting sucked in by that different world online.

There will be no more 10-hour video games slogs from now on, Slaven Bilic will be certain to make sure of that.

West Brom have been back in full-contact training for almost two weeks now, and the Baggies have proven they’re back in the swing of things with great performances.

The first friendly against Aston Villa finished 2-2, and they even managed to beat Manchester United in one of two games at Old Trafford on Friday – impressive.
