E&S journalist predicts four changes to West Brom XI v Sheff Weds

Express & Star journalist Luke Hatfield has predicted that Slaven Bilic will make four changes to the West Brom starting line-up against Sheffield Wednesday.

Albion are without a win and without a goal in their last four Championship matches and with Brentford now within two points of Bilic’s side, a win at Hillsborough on Wednesday is a must.

In order to get back to winning ways, Hatfield has predicted that Bilic will change his formation to a 4-3-3 and drop Darnell Furlong, Grady Diangana, Matt Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu.

Speaking to the Sheffield Star, Hatfield believes that Dara O’Shea, Filip Krovinovic, Callum Robinson and Kenneth Zohore will come in.

If they are the four changes then we won’t have too many complaints.

Phillips and Robson-Kanu have not done anywhere near enough in the first two matches since the Championship season resumed.

Zohore wasn’t much better when he came off the bench against Brentford but he hit the crossbar and looked a lot more involved than Robson-Kanu.

Krovinovic really has to start and we would not be shocked if O’Shea comes in for Furlong too because the Irish defender makes the back-line a lot more robust.

Sheffield Wednesday are by no means a side that West Brom should be expecting to beat easily but this is a match that has to be won after Brentford beat Reading on Tuesday night.

In other West Brom news, we’ve found out if Callum Morton can play for Albion now that his loan at Northampton is over.
