‘Announce meltdown’ – Many WBA fans react after falling to defeat v Nottingham Forest
West Brom finished their week at St George’s Park with a friendly against Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon.
The Baggies fell to a disappointing 1-0 defeat against last season’s Championship rivals, but they did manage to get some important minutes under their belts.
Slaven Bilic has yet to make any permanent signings outside of Matheus Pereira, and that was highlighted in his selections.

The Baggies side included the likes of Lee Peltier and Sam Field, two players that are all-but-set to leave the club this summer.
It’s never nice to lose against a close rival, but this game was needed just for fitness, with other youngsters gaining more experience.
The likes of Rayhaan Tulloch were given valuable minutes after signing a new contract at the end of last season.
Tulloch will be looking to stake his claim to jump into the Baggies squad in the Premier League, and he did catch the eye against Forest.

It did clearly show that the Baggies need more signings, but many people need to recognise that this is just the first fixture.
The likes of Cedric Kipre are set to move to the Hawthorns, with a striker also wanted by Bilic over the next few weeks.
The demand for signings was clear in the reactions to the defeat on Saturday, but the majority also reminding others to remain calm.
