Huddersfield striker Karlan Grant has sent an Instagram message to Grady Diangana amid speculation linking him with a move to West Brom.

After the Baggies completed the signing of Diangana, 22, from West Ham on Friday night, a number of Hammers players rushed to the winger's Instagram to react to the move.

Mark Noble voiced his anger on Twitter while Declan Rice said that he was "absolutely gutted" to see the attacker leave the London Stadium to seal a permanent move to The Hawthorns.

Among the players sending messages to Diangana was, surprisingly, West Brom target Grant.

Speculation linking Grant with a move to the Black Country is now bound to heat up even more with the striker reaching out to Diangana.

Grant simply wrote: "New adventures, bro."

We're unsure why Grant and Diangana would know each other but both players were born in London and are 22-years-old.

But they could well be joining up together at The Hawthorns before the transfer window slams shut next month with West Brom seeming as though they're pushing hard to sign Grant from Huddersfield.

Grant scored 19 goals in 43 league appearances for the Terriers last season to help them avoid relegation from the Championship.

He can play as a left-sided winger or a striker so could be a handy addition for the Baggies.

Slaven Bilic needs a new striker ahead of the new Premier League season kicking off next week with the club failing to score a single goal in their pre-season friendlies.

Grant has a bit of top-flight experience having scored four goals in 13 Premier League outings for Huddersfield in 2019.

Can he help Albion avoid relegation?

We hope so.
