Chelsea have continued their spending spree this week ahead of their Premier League clash against West Brom on Saturday.
Frank Lampard has signed a new goalkeeper, bringing in Edouard Mendy from French club Rennes for £20million on Thursday.
The Baggies are also closing in on another signing, with Filip Krovinovic set to complete yet another loan move at the Hawthorns.
Chelsea have a number of new signings available to them, with the likes of Kai Havertz, Timo Werner and Thiago Silva all bringing new challenges.
Could Mendy join that list of players available at the Hawthorns? It appears so.
The Times journalist Tom Roddy has shared that the 28-year-old will train with his new teammates for the first time on Friday, and will be ready for selection against the Baggies.

This wasn’t exactly the clash that the Baggies would have wanted after losing their opening two Premier League fixtures this season.
Chelsea have picked up three points from their first two games and will bring their £200million-plus group of signings to the Midlands.
Slaven Bilic will be wanting Kepa to be named in the Chelsea side, no doubt about that.
The Spaniard has endured a shocking start to the season once again, after not doing himself any favours in the last campaign with numerous mistakes.
Chelsea were in the game against Liverpool on Sunday, but his terrible mistake being caught in possession by Sadio Mane saw the Reds take all three points easily.
Conor Gallagher will be looking on from the stands as his parent club takes on his loan side, and Branislav Ivanovic could be another who makes his debut in the game.
In other West Brom news, this is how much Slaven Bilic was charged for his incident against Everton
