West Brom are set to loan out yet another one of their promising academy players in the coming days.

Birmingham Live have reported that promising striker Owen Windsor is set to leave the Hawthorns for the 20/21 season.

Reporting on their website, it is suggested that the forward is set to join up with Ian Holloway at League Two side Grimsby.

Windsor has hit the ground running this season for the under-23s and was a notable absentee from the EFL Trophy defeat at Forest Green last night.

The young Baggies were easily beaten 3-0, with a number of their best talents currently out on loan.

Windsor is set to join Jamie Soule out on loan, with the two forwards both leaving Deon Burton’s side light on options in the final third.

The striker has hit five goals in as many games at the beginning of this season, scoring against Swindon and a brace of penalties against Crystal Palace.

Working under the experience of Holloway will be superb for Windsor, who will benefit massively from playing in the EFL every week.

Each of the youngsters that have been sent out on loan are working under managers that the Baggies now very well.

Rayhaan Tulloch is with Darren Moore at Doncaster, and the likes of Soule, Callum Morton and Alex Palmer are with Michael Appleton at Lincoln.
