Livermore missed the 1-0 defeat against Manchester United last time out, with Romaine Sawyers being brought in from the cold to replace him.
It is never ideal to be missing your captain, and the Baggies should bring him straight back into the squad against Sheffield United tonight.
The 31-year-old has been superb in the heart of midfield since promotion.
The midfielder has won more than half of his defensive duels according to WyScout, as well as averaging 7.29 recoveries and almost five interceptions each game.
It will all depend on how he feels after testing negative for the virus.
Bilic confirmed that one of him or Kieran Gibbs is still feeling under the weather, and Sky Sports also claimed that a “mystery” man is set to miss out against the Blades.
Should Livermore be back fighting fit, it should be a no-brainer to bring him back into midfield in this crucial relegation six-pointer.
The experience of the skipper is always vital, and at a time where the squad must stay calm, his return would be a massive boost.
Bilic will know his side, and we cross our fingers that Livermore is ready to return.
