These West Brom fans want Premier League debut for 24y/o v Newcastle
West Brom defender Cedric Kipre has become somewhat of a forgotten figure despite arriving this summer.
The Baggies joined from Wigan but has yet to make a single appearance in the Premier League under Slaven Bilic.
Branislav Ivanovic, Kyle Bartley and Semi Ajayi are the preferred three, with Dara O’Shea the rotation option off the bench.
It was Kipre’s birthday on Wednesday, and West Brom shared a message on their Twitter account celebrating the defender.
Many Baggies fans have called for the Ivorian to be given his first Premier League start, with some even forgetting that he existed.
It would be easy to assume that either Ivanovic or Bartley would be the one to drop out, with Albion fans slamming the latter for his performance against Crystal Palace.
The bad news for these fans is that reports have suggested that Kipre could be set to be loaned out in January with chances limited at the Hawthorns.
His only two outings have been in the Carabao Cup this season, with his Premier League breakthrough yet to happen, even on the bench.
Many West Brom fans have reacted to the birthday post delivered by the Baggies, and they are all saying the same thing.
After conceding five goals in a horror-show on Sunday, the fans want changes, and one of those they are calling for is Kipre in.
