‘Hard to plan’ – Int’l coach admits WBA player has ‘less chance’ of featuring at EUROs
Poland head coach Jerzy Brzeczek has admitted that West Brom winger Kamil Grosicki could have less chance of going to the EUROs if he continues to miss out.
The winger has yet to feature in the Premier League so far this season, and even appeared in the under-23s recently, scoring twice in a win over Sunderland.
Grosicki was close to a move to Nottingham Forest, but after that collapsed, he has struggled to return to the first-team picture at the Hawthorns – the closest he got was being on the bench against Palace last week.

Speaking in an interview with TVP Sport, Brzeczek admitted that Grosicki could see his chances get smaller with every week that passes without football.
“It is certainly not a comfortable situation for us if – knock on – the story with Kamil and Arek will repeat itself in the spring,” he said.
“Then they will have less chance of going to the European Championships. This may be a problem for us, but I don’t want to speak personally today because everything is dynamic. It’s hard to plan now.”

Grosicki will be screaming out for minutes, and he may get his chance against Newcastle.
The 32-year-old was on the bench last week, and with Matheus Pereira out, there is a clear spot for him to come in and make an impact against an under-strength Magpies.
Playing for Poland, Grosicki has completed 334 minutes this season and in those games he has scored four goals and delivered an assist, averaging an involvement every 67 minutes at international level.
Given that form, imagine what he could do with a string of games for the Baggies? There is no better time for the winger to feature, with the 5-1 thrashing last time out simply embarrassing at every level.
Slaven Bilic will need to hand him minutes between now and January, or we will be waving goodbye to Grosicki come this time next month.
