Peter Odemwingie knows a thing or two about these games, and he shared his instant reaction to the win on his personal Twitter account.

“Great performance,” he wrote. “A Nigerian on the score sheet, we love this game.

“Need to win more games with this same approach boys.”

We love this.

Odemwingie went down in Baggies history after scoring three in this exact same fixture nine years ago.

Although this result doesn’t relegate the Dingles, it gives us bragging rights for the majority of the season, well, until the reverse fixture.

West Brom were superb and deserved all three points.

The Baggies could have crumbled after conceding twice at the start of the first half, but instead, they grew in confidence and regained the lead in two crazy minutes.

After that, they defended their hearts out with Kyle Bartley and Ajayi phenomenal to keep Wolves at bay with their numerous crosses flying into the box.

Odemwingie loves it, and so do we.
