Snodgrass and Grant return, Gallagher benched – Confirmed West Brom line up v Man City
Sam Allardyce has named his West Brom side to face Manchester City in tonight’s Premier League clash at The Hawthorns.
Robert Snodgrass returns to the side after missing the West Ham game due to a clause in the deal that brought him to Albion.
Announced on the club’s official Twitter account before the game, many fans were looking to see if Big Sam would make changes.
Sam Johnstone retains his place in goal with a defence of Kieran Gibbs, Darnell Furlong, Semi Ajayi and Dara O’Shea sit in front of the Albion stopper.
Snodgrass, Romaine Sawyers and Jake Livermore sit in midfield with Karlan Grant, Callum Robinson and Matheus Pereira leading the attack.
Kevin de Bruyne and Sergio Aguero are missing for the visitors in what will surely provide a boost for the Baggies.
Tonight is a big game at both ends of the table with Man City going top of the league with a win against Allardyce’s men.
Equally, Albion will be looking to continue their recent resurgence under their new boss against a top side that these players have already taken points from this season.
It will be tough with Guardiola’s side in such good form but after a draw against Liverpool and two solid performances against Wolves and West Ham, there is hope to cling on to.
Come on Albion!
