Sam Allardyce has been crying out for reinforcements in the final third.

It has been made no secret that the Baggies wanted three new signings after Robert Snodgrass, something that has no been reduced to two.

Both of those could possibly be strikers, with Ahmed Musa also training with the Albion as Big Sam considers a move for the free-agent.

Diagne has been superb in Turkey in recent years for Galatasaray and Kasimpasa.

The 29-year-old has not only scored nine goals in his 15 appearances this season, but he has also managed to find the back of the net 51 times in his 64 Super Lig outings in his career.
