West Brom winger Kyle Edwards set for Podcast appearance on Monday

West Brom winger Kyle Edwards is set to appear on The High Press Podcast on Monday afternoon, in what could be a must-listen.

The Baggies talent has hardly featured in the Premier League this season and looks all-but-certain to leave The Hawthorns in the summer.

Sam Allardyce is yet to use Edwards, and his contract is set to expire at the end of this current campaign, with no hope of a new deal.

The High Press confirmed the news on their official Twitter account this afternoon, and they shared that it would be a special appearance.

“We’re delighted to announce that West Brom winger Kyle Edwards is our special guest on Monday’s episode,” they wrote.

Must listen?

It will be interesting to see what kind of snippets we will learn from this appearance and an insight into the future of Edwards beyond this season.

The High Press haven’t exactly got a big following on social media, and this could be their first big jump into the podcast world, with the help of the Baggies.

Edwards was close to leaving the Albion in the latest transfer window, with the likes of Luton and Celtic being linked with moves.

Joseph Chapman has also reported that the winger is one of six players who are expected to leave the club in the summer, with not much chance of football left for him this season.

Edwards has always been one of those with plenty of talent but failing to produce it on the biggest stages where he could prove himself.

Ultimately, he is not going to get that chance to prove himself again, and we could get some tasty insights into what went wrong next week.
