Filip Krovinovic shares Instagram post with West Brom duo Diangana & Pereira

Filip Krovinovic has been one of the most confusing pieces of business West Brom have completed in the past couple of years.

The Croatian playmaker arrived at The Hawthorns after Slaven Bilic pushed massively to bring him in from Benfica in consecutive seasons.

Despite that, he was never used frequently and Sam Allardyce allowed him to leave in the last window; something that hasn’t ended his Baggies connections.

Krovinovic was back in the Midlands on Thursday and shared an image on his personal Instagram account with two of his former teammates.

Grady Diangana and Matheus Pereira were clearly some of the closest friends and they were back together after lockdown rules were lifted once again.

“The trio is back together,” he wrote.

Back together.

Things are going very, very well on the pitch right now, and it appears as though that positive energy is being spread around off it too.

Krovinovic may never have made a lasting impact with the Albion, but he clearly is long in the minds of some of his former teammates.

The Croatian simply wasn’t good enough, but thankfully there was no bad blood when making his switch to Nottingham Forest in the Championship.

Allardyce is making all of the right moves and keeping the likes of Pereira, who has simply been sensational in recent weeks in these huge wins over Chelsea and Southampton.

We look at this image with positivity, and hopefully, this can be recreated at the end of the campaign with two of these players still in the Premier League.
