West Brom look finally set to cut ties with Matheus Pereira this month after an ongoing saga at The Hawthorns.
The Brazilian has been granted permission to sit out of the Baggies’ pre-season games in case of picking up an injury.
That has progressed overnight, with Valerien Ismael confirming that Pereira is not committed to the club.

The new head coach admitted Pereira will not be involved at Bournemouth in the Championship opener on Friday.
As well as that, he all but confirmed that a transfer should be concluded before the end of the window this month.
Al-Hilal, Leeds, West Ham and many others have been credited with an interest in this market, but nothing has progressed past that as of yet.
Pereira will be a huge loss, but selling the South American should allow Ismael to splash the cash on his squad this month if needed.

We asked our esteemed panel of West Brom Super Fans to react to this news, and it is fair to say, they were outraged.
That rage was directed at Pereira, not the Baggies though, as they urge the club to move him on due to his clear attitude problems.
Here’s what they said…
