Valerien Ismael: Focus on players that work with 100 percent commitment
West Brom boss Valerien Ismael has said that he is focused on players that put in a 100 percent work ethic when asked about Matheus Pereira’s statement.

Recently, the Brazilian took to Twitter to lash out at the “unprofessional” label put on him and admitted he wants a way out of the Hawthorns.
TalkSPORT broadcaster Tom Ross asked Ismael about the 25-year-old’s future.
Ross took to Twitter to say, “When asked about Pereira’s comments that he already had a life-changing contract sorted even though he was still contracted to West Brom and no deal was agreed with any other club. Val said he was focusing on the players who come into work every day with 100% commitment.”
Deserves it
If Pereira isn’t showing that kind of responsibility to the club and its fans, then it is good that Ismael is treating him the way he is, rather than begging him to train and hoping he stays at the club.
Ismael knows that he’s going to be asked about the Brazilian as long as he is at the club, so he would like to sort out the player’s future as soon as possible and look to build a sustainable foundation.

The first step will certainly be to get us back into the Premier League, but then we would have to prioritise top-flight status in the following seasons if we are to establish our spot among the top-flight mainstays.
Dealing with big players and big egos tell you how good managers are at handling the dressing room, and so far our new boss has done everything in right with the Pereira situation.
Hopefully, we get him out has soon as possible and receive a decent transfer fee that we could look to reinvest in the squad either in this window or in January.
