West Brom are finally set to end their ongoing saga with Matheus Pereira this week with his exit nearing.
Fabrizio Romano reported on Thursday that the Brazilian is set to seal his move to Saudi side Al Hilal.
Pereira is said to be completing his move over the weekend, with his medical taking place in Paris.
It looks as though this is finally going to come to an end, and that is best for all parties looking at the situation.
After Pereira released that statement admitting he was wanting to leave and had already spoken to other clubs, it wasn’t going to go down well.
The Brazilian has got his wish, and hopefully, Valerien Ismael has now got rid of the so-called bag eggs in the camp before the Championship gets underway.
This money should also allow the Baggies to back the Frenchman, who is looking to add a striker to his squad.
Pereira has always been linked with attitude problems throughout his career, and it is no surprise to see this spell come to an end like this.
We asked our esteemed panel of West Brom Super Fans on Facebook for their opinion on this ongoing saga, and they weren’t happy.
The anger was directed at Pereira though, as they urged the club to get rid as soon as possible, labelling this specific move as pointless.
