Jeff Stelling and Laura Woods predict West Brom clash v Luton

Jeff Stelling predicts West Brom will win by a narrow margin when they take on Luton Town at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

Albion will hope to pick up their first win of the Championship season when they take on the Hatters in the Black Country after drawing on the opening day away at Bournemouth last week.

On the Super 6 website, Stelling. Laura Woods and Neil Mellor have all predicted Valerien Ismael’s men to win while Chris Kamara has backed Luton to earn a point and draw 1-1.

Stelling and Mellor have both gone for 2-1 wins for the Baggies with Woods predicting 3-0.

Three out of four isn’t bad

Come on, Kammy. You’re letting the side down there.

West Brom fans will be expecting a win this weekend against a Luton side that finished 12th in the Championship last season.

It was a rather impressive campaign by the Hatters but they are likely to be in the mix for relegation come next May.

We don’t want to talk them down too much though and they are a team who can cause an upset but Ismael’s men played well at Bournemouth last week. If they replicate that against Luton, they should win.

Alex Mowatt looked the real deal in the midfield and the goal he created by linking up with Matt Phillips and assisting Callum Robinson was absolutely brilliant.

Ismael’s style of play had us on the edge of our seats for almost the entire 90 minutes and we expect it to happen again in front of the home fans at The Hawthorns this weekend.

In other West Brom news, Phillips has reacted to the news that Albion want to sign this attacker to replace Matheus Pereira.
