Majority of Championship clubs keen on Manchester City attacker Liam Delap
A host of Championship clubs are reportedly keen on signing Manchester City attacker and West Brom target Liam Delap this summer.
According to Express and Star reporter Luke Hatfield, every club in the Championship will sign Delap on loan if they’re offered his services.
The Citizens striker shone at Premier League 2 level, scoring 24 goals in 22 appearances for the club.

Discussing a potential transfer this summer, Hatfield told Football FanCast, “I think he’s a player that pretty much everyone in the Championship wants if I’m being honest with you. Really shone for Man City at youth level.
“He’s a player, like I said, if you offered him to every Championship team, they’d all take him on loan.”
Should sign him
Delap is a player who averages more than a goal every game, making him a clinical and consistent threat in front of goal.
The 18-year-old may have a lot of options on the table, but a move to the Hawthorns could be preferable given how we’re likely to challenge for promotion.

Valerien Ismael has put in place a high pressing and attacking system and this is a perfect setup for Delap to thrive and maximise his goal-scoring output.
The youth teams at Manchester City tend to play in the same way as the senior sides and Pep Guardiola is also likely to sanction his move to the Hawthorns as he could polish his playing style with a year of senior football under his belt.
Hopefully, we act quickly and tempt the 18-year-old to join forces and help us challenge for promotion.
Should he have a good season and successfully guides us back to the Premier League, City may even let us have him on loan for next season as well.
