Andy Hinchcliffe slams Quevin Castro for West Brom v Arsenal
One look at the team sheets this evening would be enough to give all West Brom fans real nerves against Arsenal.
After COVID-19 ran through the squad this week, Valerien Ismael made 11 changes and utilised his academy.
Quevin Castro has caught the eye since arriving as a free-agent this summer, and he was handed his first start.

It wasn’t the best of starts from the young midfielder, getting an instant booking after catching Martin Odegaard.
Things went from bad to worst with Castro playing a major role in Arsenal’s opener, and Andy Hinchcliffe wasn’t impressed.
“Castro makes a complete mess of the clearance, an air shot,” he said on Sky Sports.
“That’s why Arsenal are ahead.”

Mess.
You get the sense that Castro was trying far too hard.
The big unnecessary foul on Odegaard was followed by numerous misplaced passes when a simple ball was on elsewhere.
Castro will be admired for having the bravery to go out and try all of these things, but sometimes it is best to complete the basics first and worry about the rest.
After Romaine Sawyers left on loan to Stoke last week, Castro is the next central midfielder in line behind Alex Mowatt and Jake Livermore, so he may need to improve quickly if ever needed.
Robert Snodgrass can play there too, but with his poor injury history, there is a big role for Castro to play this season.
This is a lesson, time to start learning.
