West Brom man Dara O’Shea recovering from injury well

West Brom star Dara O’Shea has posted a positive injury update on Instagram.

The Republic of Ireland international suffered a bad knee injury in September, but it appears as if he is making good progress as he looks to return as quickly as possible.

O’Shea posted a short video on his Instagram story with the words “feeling good back on two feet” included in the post, which showed his crutches left behind him.

Good news for O’Shea and the Baggies.

The 22-year-old started the season as one of Valerien Ismael’s first-choice centre-backs, and he scored two goals in the five league games that he played.

However, he then went on international duty and suffered a bad injury in the game against Portugal, and he is expected to be out for a long time [West Brom’s official website].

Therefore, it is great to see that O’Shea can walk freely now, and we would hope that he can get back on the grass soon and start to build up his fitness.

This story gives us no indication of how far away from a return O’Shea is, but any Baggies fan has to see this as a positive, and we must now wait for an official update on O’Shea from the club.

After this video, we would hope that we won’t have too long to wait until we hear something official from the club regarding O’Shea’s progress.
