Steve Madeley discusses potential off-field issue that could impact West Brom fans
Steve Madeley has tweeted about a potential problem for West Brom fans after the West Midlands Metro announced a major disruption to their services.
The service which provides trams that help Baggies fans get to and from the Hawthorns are set to be suspended from November 13 indefinitely [Kathryn Stancyszyn].
This led Madeley to tweet about the traffic problems around the Hawthorns on matchdays that are probably only set to get worse.
He said on his Twitter account: “This isn’t going to help with the Hawthorns matchday traffic!”
More problems for Baggies fans.
This new disruption could prove to be a total nightmare for the Baggies fans trying to get to and from home games for the foreseeable future.
There have already been many problems with traffic this season around the ground, and this new update is hardly going to help those issues as more fans might not attempt to make it to the ground via car.

Of course, there is nothing that the club can do about the trams, but it would be good if they could try and introduce something to help supporters get to and from home games while this disruption continues.
So, we just have to hope that the West Midlands Metro manage to get their trams back online as quickly as possible to help Baggies fans.
However, in the meantime getting to the game on matchdays at the Hawthorns could be a struggle until the end of the year at least.
In other West Brom news, a new report has emerged with an update on Valerien Ismael’s future.
