Adrian Goldberg discusses planned West Brom fan action
Adrian Goldberg has been speaking to the organiser of the planned West Brom fan protest.
A section of Baggies fans have had enough of the ownership, and there will be a protest at The Hawthorns before the Reading game on Saturday.
The current ownership is almost totally absent from the Baggies’ games, and there is confusion over who actually owns the club.

Therefore, a section of fans have had enough.
Speaking on The Liquidator podcast [06 December], the BBC Radio WM broadcaster discussed the protest and the people behind it.
He said: “I have been speaking to Luke Morris, who is the organiser of the protest.
“He’s 25, and he just feels as if the club is withering on the vine at the moment, and I think most of us would recognise that feeling.”
Fans have had enough.
It seems as if with the Baggies sitting in third but nowhere near the top two in the Championship, many Albion fans have had enough.
The club is also not in a great financial position at the moment, so you can see some fans have decided that enough is enough [Business Live].
One major problem for West Brom has been the lack of investment in the squad in recent times due to past transfer mistakes.
The likes of Oliver Burke and Gregorz Krychowiak were misguided signings, and the club has been made to pay for these mistakes in recent times.

In the summer, Valerien Ismael didn’t spend a penny on transfer fees, and he had to be shrewd with free transfers and loan deals [transfermarkt].
Now, some have worked, and others haven’t, and you would hope the board decide to back the Frenchman in January.
However, even if they do, this protest will be going ahead, and it will be intriguing to see how many take part.
In other West Brom news, Simon Jordan was furious with an incident during the Baggies’ win at the weekend.
