West Brom ace Adam Reach doesn’t impress pundit in first half v Sheffield United
West Brom star Adam Reach did little to impress Sheffield United TV pundit Carl Asaba in the first half of tonight’s game at Bramall Lane.
Reach took aim from distance on 15 minutes and hooped to see it fly into the back of the net like it so often does from his boot but it was easy to save for Wes Foderingham in the Blades’ goal.
BBC Radio Sheffield pundit Asaba wasn’t impressed by Reach’s tame effort and wasn’t worried if that was all he did all night.

“He’s got a reputation for goals from long range, but it’s a low percentage shot, I’ll be happy if he keeps shooting from there,” Asaba said.
Don’t shoot, don’t score
West Brom fans won’t be downhearted at Reach trying his arm from range given his track record of scoring screamers in the Championship.
He could have held his own goal of the season competition while at Sheffield Wednesday but we are yet to see such efforts in a Baggies shirt.

In his role under Steve Bruce, he should have more license to float into areas to have a go from wherever he is on the pitch and that suits him down to the ground.
With the electric pace of Grady Diangana alongside him in attack, West Brom could be on for a fruitful partnership when they become accustomed to each other on the field.
Andy Carroll also led the line extremely well, bringing the likes of Reach, Diangana and Karlan Grant into play and Bruce will hope it all continues.
In other West Brom news, a new document has revealed a major exit from The Hawthorns.
