Simon Jordan takes aim at West Brom, questions Andy Carroll signing in January
Simon Jordan has taken aim at West Brom after their 0-0 draw against Blackburn Rovers on Monday evening.
The controversial talkSPORT pundit has questioned the signing of Andy Carroll in January as the Baggies form continues to tumble.
Steve Bruce has arrived, but Jordan has warned that it will take time before he starts getting a tune out of his squad.

Speaking live on talkSPORT’s White and Jordan this morning (15 February, 11:20 am), the co-host was left scratching his head.
“It’s too early, isn’t it?” he said.
“Very rarely you get to go into a side and turn the lights on, most of the time there’s an element of the dimmer switch where it takes a while to get to where you want them to be.
“West Brom have been poor for a period of time. West Brom are an aspiring Premier League side, and they should really be in the automatic playoff spots, full stop.
“They’re a strange team, West Brom, because why would you go and sign Andy Carroll, I don’t know what to make of that.”
Strange?
The Baggies were simply left panicking after Daryl Dike was ruled out injured with a hamstring problem.
It was hoped that the American international would be a major signing who could fire the Albion to promotion, but fate had different ideas.
Carroll looked like the only option available with experience and more importantly, for no transfer fee.
The striker is yet to score, and he is also not making much of a difference in the final third with regard to those around him.
It doesn’t help that his signing coincides with the goalscoring drought suffered by the whole side, and something needs to change desperately.
