Everton set to battle rivals for West Brom keeper Sam Johnstone
West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone is being “watched” closely by Premier League outfit Everton according to reports by Mirror.
The England international is set to leave the Hawthorns in the summer after four years at the club with his contract expiring at the end of the season.
The Blues join a host of English top-flight clubs to express their interest in the Baggies shot-stopper with Manchester United, Tottenham, West Ham and Southampton all also linked with a move.

About time.
This move has been coming for the last couple of seasons. It is about time the 29-year-old left so Albion can replace him and put an end to the tedious reports.
David Button has filled in for the former Manchester United ace whilst he runs down his Baggies contract but there is absolutely no way he should be allowed to keep the number one spot after the summer transfer window.
Steve Bruce needs to make it one of his top priorities to bring in a replacement for next season and a very good one at that.

A goalkeeper is the most important position in any team especially one that will be chasing the title or at very least promotion next season.
Johnstone has been a stalwart in this Albion team with his form good enough to see him picked for the national team and whilst finding a replacement as good as him will be difficult, the club need to do their best.
Hopefully, Nathan Baxter is good enough to replace the Englishman with the Chelsea keeper being the latest man mooted to come in and replace him but Hull might do their best to keep him following a successful loan spell at the MKM stadium this season.
