Steve Bruce wants to sign two or three new players for West Brom in this window
Steve Bruce believes that West Brom need to sign another “two to three” players before the end of the ongoing transfer window.
The Baggies have been rather inactive in the ongoing transfer window where they have managed to sign just three first-team players.
Bruce was quoted in a report by Birmingham Mail where he stated that the club will do all they can to bring in as many signings as they could.

“In my opinion, we still need another two or three,” he said.
“I’ve told supporters there won’t be millions to spend, we know the market we’re in, we’ll do our best.”
Important
West Brom came into this season hoping to avoid a similar fate to what happened last time around where they failed in a bid to get promoted.
However, the 2022-23 season started as poorly as no one would’ve hoped for where the Baggies only managed to secure one win out of their first five matches with three draws and a defeat in it as well.

Those results once again re-emphasise the fact that there is a clear need for more signings who can come in and give the manager more options, at least in the final third where the side is clearly struggling, especially in the absence of striker Daryl Dike who has featured just 12 minutes in the campaign so far.
This will also be a test for Bruce who, just like his time in Newcastle United, will be having very little funds available to improve the squad and ensure that the side will be able to compete for a spot in the top half of the table.
In other West Brom news, the club have reportedly freed up wages to sign a striker.
