Chris Lepkowski reacts as Tom Rogic joins West Brom
Chris Lepkowski has shared his reaction on Twitter after West Brom have confirmed the signing of Tom Rogic on Monday (12 September).
The Australian midfielder have joined on a one-year deal, with the Baggies having the option of extending the deal for another year.
The 29-year-old joins the club on a free transfer after leaving Scottish side Celtic at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.
In a tweet conversation with journalist Joe Chapman, Lepkowski wrote on Twitter: “He released himself from a deal that had 12 months to run? Not many do that.”
Good signing
Rogic has got loads of experience, and he would be a very good addition to the club.
He has earned 53 caps for his country and also represented his nation at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Rogic enjoyed a trophy-laden spell at Celtic. He won 16 major honours during his nine years stint in Glasgow, including six Scottish Premiership league titles, five Scottish FA Cups and five Scottish League Cups.
Steve Bruce has tried his best to add depth and quality to the side, and credit should go to West Brom for signing a quality player like him on a free transfer.

Rogic can play in a number of positions in midfield, and his versatility will come as a major boost.
Bruce has hailed him as a “quality” midfielder, and he will hope that Rogic will help the team achieve their targets.
West Brom have made a poor start to the season, and they find themselves 16th in the league table at the moment.
