Chris Brunt and James Morrison name their classy lineups for West Brom Clash Of The Legends match
West Brom legends Chris Brunt and James Morrison have named their classy lineups for the West Brom Clash Of The Legends match at The Hawthorns this Saturday.
Fans will be pleased to see some familiar faces playing; a fair few of whom could give the current Baggies first XI a run for their money.
Brunt currently coaches in the West Brom youth ranks, whilst Morrison is first-team coach under the Baggies head boss Steve Bruce.

Brunt’s side will be managed by Roberto Di Matteo and will field the following talents; Foster, Robinson, Albrechsten, Jones, Teixeira, Koren, Barry, Odemwingie, Bednar, Gardner, Pele, Andrew Davies, Cox, Macdonald, Steve Maclean, Johnson.
Morrison’s team will be managed by Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray; Kuszczak, Popov, Olsson, Barnett, Reid, Gera, Scharner, Dorrans, Fortune, Miller, McManaman, Taylor, Andrew Taylor, Beattie, Tony McMahon, Hoolahan, Robson-Kanu.
Beneficiary.
The main point of the Clash Of Legends Match is to donate proceedings to charity; with James Morrison and Chris Brunt choosing which one.
The pair picked The Albion Foundation and all profits from the game will be donated to the club’s official charity partner.
There will also be a penalty shootout before the game at 2pm between Morrison and Brunt to start things off with a bang, followed by a crossbar challenge between Andy Johnson and Bob Taylor.
It will be interesting to see if Peter Odemwingie turns up to the game, or decides on a last-minute transfer to another charity game.
West Brom’s official club website announced there will be a few special surprises throughout the match, which will keep the Albion on their toes, perhaps another free agent will appear out of nowhere.
All jokes aside, it should be a fun day out for all involved and hopefully, a big bundle of cash can be raised for the chosen charity.
In other West Brom news, a different finance expert is baffled by another issue that’s cropped up with the Albion lately.
