Pressure mounts on Steve Bruce to keep West Brom manager job

Steve Bruce is under increasing pressure to keep his job at West Brom, according to Football League World.

The Baggies have had a poor start to their 2022/23 season and it went from bad to worse on Saturday with a 3-2 defeat against Swansea while playing at home.

As per the latest report, the pressure is mounting on the 61-year-old to keep his job at The Hawthorns after the result.

Not easy

West Brom entered the campaign hoping to improve what they did last season where they finished 10th and subsequently missed out in a bid to get promoted.

However, after just 11 matchdays into the new season and it is already looking like a tall order to even replicate what the side did in the previous season as the Baggies are placed in the 21st position in the league table with just 10 points.

Those results were never going to be enough and it seems like time is quickly running out for Bruce to keep his place on the bench at The Hawthorns

West Brom fans will be hoping that no matter who is in charge on the bench, the players must produce better performances than what they’ve done in the first 11 matches this season.
