Anti-Guochuan Lai chants heard from The Smethwick End in West Brom v Luton
West Brom fans are becoming restless as the Baggies failed to score in the first half against Luton Town in the Championship clash on Saturday at the Hawthorns.
The Atheltic journalist Elias Burke reported on Twitter that he heard anti-Goucharan Lai chants at the end of the 15th min mark, as the fans showed their dissatisfaction with the owner.
Steve Bruce is under tremendous pressure of keeping his job safe, and if the Baggies fail to win this one, this could be his final match.

Good start
The Baggies have made an electrifying start to this game, but they have squandered too many opportunities.
In the opening few minutes, Jed Wallace made a brilliant effort down the left-wing and cuts it back to Thomas-Asante who only managed side netting.
Dara O’Shea also came close to scoring but he couldn’t direct his header on target as well.
There were some brilliant interchange of plays with Thomas-Asante producing a superb cross, but there was no one to poke the ball into the net.

The striker came close to scoring again in the 24th minute. Phillips had hit a low volley that rebounded off the Luton Town defender to Thomas-Asante, but he couldn’t hit the target.
This is a must-win game for the Baggies. The results have been dreadful and the fans have let the frustration known. A section of the fans have made their feelings absolutely clear that a change is needed, be it in administration and in management.
With this form, Steve Bruce cannot continue for long. The Baggies boss urged the fans ahead of the match to stay together, but a lot better performance is needed.
The next 45 minutes could shape Bruce’s future at the Hawthorns.
In other West Brom news, Chris Lepkowski has scolded what he brands as a “rancid, horrible bunch” that have made the Baggies dressing room toxic.
