West Brom to confirm Carlos Corberan appointment on Tuesday – John Percy
West Brom are finally set to confirm the appointment of Carlos Corberan later today on Tuesday 25th October, according to John Percy.
The Telegraph journalist has reported that negotiations are now in the final stages with the Spaniard, who is set to sign on the dotted line at The Hawthorns.
Corberan will be thrown straight into the action too with his first game in charge to be against Sheffield United on Saturday 29th October in front of a home crowd.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Percy shared the news that everyone has been waiting for as speculation continued to swirl over the past 24 hours.
“West Brom set to confirm the appointment of Carlos Corberan as new head coach later today,” he wrote.
“Negotiations now in final stages. Corberan’s first game to be Sheffield United (h) this weekend.”
Here We Go.
Finally, this looks set to be completed within hours.
Corberan is exactly what the Baggies need to get stuck into the players with some seriously hard training methods and hopefully push them up the Championship table.
The Spaniard is a disciple of Marcelo Bielsa from their time together at Leeds United, and if he works like him, then these players are in for a real reality check.
That has been needed for years though, with too many of our squad stealing a living at this moment in time, and they need kicking into action.
Sitting in the relegation zone of the Championship is simply not good enough, and Corberan will be tasked with turning that around instantly, with his immediate goal just that – not promotion.
Ron Gourlay appears to have got this one right, but he has already burned his bridges at the club and won’t be thanked by many after the Steve Bruce fiasco.
Now it is time to look forward – bring it on.
