Matheus Pereira sends message to West Brom fan, he wants to come back
Matheus Pereira has admitted that he would love to return to West Brom in the future after being messaged by fans on Wednesday 2nd November.
The Brazilian went down as a cult hero at The Hawthorns after spearheading the Baggies back to the Premier League but left to join Al-Hilal after relegation.
After being quizzed by fans online, Pereira confessed his love for The Albion fans though, and confessed that his family would love to come back soon.

Writing on his personal Twitter account after being asked if he would come back to The Hawthorns, Pereira made it no secret that he would love to in the future.
“I still have three years in Saudi,” he wrote. “Me and my wife enjoy there.
“Soon we want [to] come back. I love you guys.”

Dream.
This would be perfect right now, but far from reality.
We all know that the only real chance of having Pereira back at The Hawthorns would be him sitting in the stands and taking in the action, rather than pulling on that shirt again.
With three years left in Saudi Arabia with Al-Hilal, it looks as though the South American is happy there to complete all of them, so by the time that expires, who knows where the Baggies will be?
There was a real moment this season where going into League One was likely, and the recovery from that time under Steve Bruce has only just begun.
Carlos Corberan is at the helm now, and his non-stop running and the strict regime aren’t what players such as Pereira sign up for, unfortunately.
What we can do is reminisce about the amazing times when he was pulling on our shirts, and how far away we are from that right now, with big changes needed.
