West Brom-mad Aaron Ramsdale gets Arsenal fans to boing at Molineux after win v Wolves

West Brom-mad Aaron Ramsdale was spotted getting Arsenal fans to do the Baggies’ iconic ‘boing boing’ celebration after his side’s win over Wolves on Saturday.

Ramsdale recorded a clean sheet and helped Mikel Arteta’s side to a 2-0 win at Molineux to leave Wolves bottom of the Premier League.

The 24-year-old clearly enjoyed the victory over the Baggies’ bitter rivals and was filmed celebrating with the away following after the match (Gunnersblog, 12 November).

Love it

Always good to see Ramsdale show his Albion connections, and particularly at Molineux. Wolves are enduring a terrible run of form this season and most Albion fans will be loving the demise of their bitter rivals. With the Baggies’ upturn in form and their Black Country rivals being planted at the bottom of the table, there’s every chance we could see the derby occur again next season.

West Brom

The England goalkeeper still regularly shows his love for the Baggies, and it would not be a surprise to see him play for West Brom near the end of his career. However, at the moment he is probably more than content to be featuring for the Premier League leaders.

It’s amazing to what a couple of weeks can do in football, with Carlos Corberan’s appointment rejuvenating everyone associated with the club. Three wins on the spin have got West Brom looking up rather than over their shoulders. Let’s hope Wolves’ decline and Albion’s rise continues.
