West Brom must finally sell Kenneth Zohore in January transfer window

Kenneth Zohore has just played 23 games since his move to West Brom three and a half seasons ago and his time at the club may soon be over.

According to Birmingham Live, he is set to leave at the end of the season after his contract expires after he moved to the Hawthorns for £8million.

He has been a liability for the club and it’s fair to label him as one of the worst signings ever in the club’s history.

The Baggies cannot keep paying players ridiculous money both in terms of transfer fees and salaries and not get their value worth from them.

That’s exactly what has happened with Zohore and we’re surprised that it’s even taken them so long to part ways with him.

He was out of favour under Steve Bruce and even Corberan does not really appear to rate him so it makes little to no sense to still keep him at the club.

The Baggies need to strengthen in at least two or three positions in January if they are to realistically challenge for a place in the play-offs.

It may appear impossible now, but Nottingham Forest did it last year and there’s no reason to think why Corberan cannot get the best out of some pretty talented players that are not currently playing up to their potential.

However, we see no way back for Zohore at the Hawthorns and any money the club manage to get from him should be considered a bonus because he’s ideally not at their level anymore.
