West Brom search for new elite coach as five-day window set
West Brom are searching for a new addition to their behind-the-scenes staff but have not given themselves long to find the right person.
As posted by Jobs in Football on LinkedIn, the Baggies want to hire a new Elite Player Development Coach to join the expanding team at The Hawthorns.
It is a position they want to fill with high importance and urgency as they have set a deadline of Tuesday 22 November for applications for the role primarily based in the academy.

Albion’s academy has been productive in recent years with Taylor Gardner-Hickman becoming a first-team regular and Reyes Cleary, Caleb Taylor and Zac Ashworth all getting debuts in the past 12 months.
Corberan moves
There might be questions over the appointment of Carlos Corberan as West Brom manager but there is no doubting that he knows what he wants and he is determined to get it.
He must have had the much-needed conversations with Ron Gourlay about what needs to change and how to go about fixing the problems and now they are being put into action.

The Hawthorns and those within have needed a freshen-up for some time and the owners have to now realise that it can’t always be the manager that is the problem and they want to make a change as a result.
There is an awful lot of talent in the Midlands and the Baggies have some of the very best as long as they have the right coaches around to guide them.
Cleary especially is somebody who has to be a main focus for Corberan and whoever the new Elite Player Development Coach is with his ceiling extremely high and it could take West Brom a long way.
In other West Brom news, this Albion player has sparked a debate live on air in his home nation after he was omitted from their World Cup squad.
