Jed Wallace cracks joke on celebration after West Brom win 3-0 v Rotherham
Jed Wallace cracked a joke on Twitter with a fan regarding his celebration after West Brom won 3-0 against Rotherham in the Championship on Saturday (17 December).
The Baggies continued their impressive run under Carlos Corberan as they have now picked up five wins in a row.
Wallace scored the opening goal of the match, while Grady Diangana and Brandon Thomas-Asante added another to complete a fantastic performance at the Hawthorns.
“Great day at the Hawthorns. Five wins in a row. On to the next one,” wrote Wallace on Twitter.
When a fan asked whether the ground was too cold for his trademark Superman celebration, Wallace joked, “Ground was too hard bud didn’t want to pop my shoulder out.”
Exciting times
After a nightmarish spell under Steve Bruce, West Brom fans are finally getting something to cheer about.
The club was in the relegation zone only a month back, and they are now five points behind sixth-placed Queens Park Rangers.
Corberan has done wonders in such a short time. To be honest, the Baggies do have a very good squad, and all it needed was a proper system to get the best out of these players.

The Spaniard has done exactly that, and the results are evident.
Wallace has been terrific for the club, and for the second game running, he has been the star of the show. He was superb against the Black Cats where Daryl Dike scored the winner from his cross.
The Baggies will face Coventry in their next game away from home on Wednesday (21 December). They have a chance to climb up the ladder and get close to the top 10 if they get win.
